Principles of Small Engine Technology Certification Initiative
For High School Students
Since 1997, The Equipment and Training Council, in collaboration with Honda, Kohler, Kawasaki Engines, Briggs and Stratton and other manufacturers, professionals, distributors, dealers, educational institutions, and associations, is the recognized non-profit professional credentialing association that is addressing the national critical shortage of service technicians.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, jobs for small engine mechanics are expected to grow!
The goal of FutureTECHS™ is to spread the word about an exceptional educational and recognized credentialing opportunity for High School Students that can open doors to a path other than the university. - rc
